Compatible with Photoshop & Photoshop Elements or with any program that allows you to work with layers.
Note to the Lightroom users - please, make sure you have a plugin that allows you to work with layers.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Open your picture in Photoshop and place the overlay on top of it. The JPG Overlays, you can add them and change the blending mode to what you think looks best or leave it in Normal and just change the opacity.
