Light Painting action will convert the photo, image into a painting with spectacular beautiful lighting effects. All effects include: Light Streaks, Bokeh, Star, Light and Glow, combined with Paint Options: Light Painting, Abstract, Paint... The corresponding effects is clearly distinguished by fully editable layers, well organized layers.

After the action has finished,try to experiment with all the different layers. Hide or show layer, duplicate layer to enhance the effects, transform, rotate, change blend mode, ect... You can create unlimited effects, with only a few minutes of experimenting with the layers.
